IPå eftermiddagen den 7 februari samlades Yinzhou Blue Sky Emergency Rescue Team 4 medlemmar Huang Haihui, Shu Chongjie, Zhu Jiancheng (jordbävningsräddningsgrupp), Zhang Saixiao (medicinsk räddningsgrupp) på flygplatsen, redo att ta 16:30-planet till Wuhan samling, efter avslutad läkarundersökning för att flyga till Turkiet för att utföra jordbävningsräddning. Varaktigheten av detta uppdrag är 15 dagar.
